Abstract: The brief discussion covers current prices of domestic steel market, elements responsible for the market development and the prices of steel markets of major steel producing countries in the world. Based on analysis of the global and domestic economic situations, and of the pricing trends both at home and abroad over the last a few years, steel market trend in the near future is forecast. Furthermore, possible impact by China's entry of WTO on the steel market is analyzed.
