建立二辊斜轧穿孔机设计调整理论体系

    Establishment of Theoretical System for Design and Adjustment of 2-roll Rotary Piercing Mill

    • 摘要: 总结二辊斜轧穿孔机孔型设计的一般原则,建立穿孔机设计调整理论体系和具体计算方法,并用实例验证设计效果,以推动穿孔工艺由经验向理论、由定性向定量方向发展。研究表明:轧辊距离是评价穿孔辊辊形设计和调整的重要参数;提高二次咬入能力可以增大轧辊距离,从而改善穿孔质量;在轧辊距离、送进角相同时,穿孔辊与管坯的接触面积大是更优设计;生产时要通过轧机调整来满足自由变形区长度最小原则;顶头直径是决定毛管外径的主要因素。

       

      Abstract: Summarized in the paper is the general principle for designing the pass of the 2-roll rotary piercing mill,and also set up are the theoretic system and specific calculation method for design and adjustment of the piercing mill.And the effectiveness of the design is validated with actual examples so as to promote the piercing process to develop in a theoretic and quantitative way,instead of the present empirical and qualitative way.The research result reveals that the roll space is a critical parameter for evaluating the design and adjustment of the piercing-roll pass;the roll space can be increased by means of enhancing the secondary bite ability so as to improve the piercing quality;it is regarded that with the roll space and the feeding angle remain unchanged,keeping a large contact area between the piercing roll and the billet is a much better design;the principle of minimizing the free deformation zone length should be satisfied through adjustment of the rolling mill proper during the piercing operation;and the plug diameter plays a key role in determining the outside diameter of the shell.
