高温高压射孔枪管的开发

    Development of Steel Tube for Making of Hi-temperature/Hi-pressure Perforating Gun

    • 摘要: 介绍了高温高压射孔枪管的主要技术指标、钢种设计、生产工艺流程及力学性能检测结果。通过合理添加Cr、Mn、Mo、Nb、V等合金元素,保证了冶炼钢种的化学成分;采用CPE顶管机组制管和高精度LOI无氧化炉调质热处理及十辊矫直机一次矫直成型,保证了射孔枪管的几何尺寸、管体抗挤强度。检测结果表明:生产的射孔枪管具有较高的抗挤强度与良好的冲击韧性,可以满足最高200℃、180 MPa环境下油气井用射孔枪的使用要求。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the paper are the main aspects of the steel tube for making hi-temperature/hipressure perforating gun,including the major technical indexes,the steel type design,the manufacturing process flow, and the results from the mechanical property tests. Thanks to proper addition of alloying elements,namely,Cr,Mn, Mo,Nb and V etc.,chemical composition of the steel as melted is ensured. And the geometric dimensions,and the body anti-collapse strength of the perforator-purpose tube are guaranteed due to employment of the CPE push bench process, and the quenching-tempering treatment process with the hi-precision LOI furnace plus one-step straightening formation process. Relevant test results identify that the said perforator-purpose tube as developed are in possession of rather high anti-collapse strength and good impact toughness,having been satisfactory to the operation requirements for the perforating gun as used in oil/gas wells under the service conditions as the maximum temperature of 200 益 and the maximum pressure of 180 MPa.
