Abstract: The analysis and calculation methods of roll configuration, deformation zone and rolling speed as well as the design methods of deformation tools for steel pipe rolling are suggested based on some theoretical conceptions in cross-rolling such as relationship between roll configuration and deformation zone, speed analysis and metal plastic deformation features.
