执行俄罗斯标准的K60管线管JCO焊接工艺实践

    Production Practice of Russian Standard-based Welding Process for K60 Linepipe

    • 摘要: 分析了俄罗斯标准K60管线管母材的焊接性,介绍了K60管线管焊材选择、焊接坡口设计及焊接方法以及生产检测结果。认为:选用碱度值较高的焊剂,注意调配焊缝金属中Mn、Si含量,以保证组织中含有较多的针状铁素体;焊接热输入对K60钢级管线管焊缝组织影响明显,随着焊接热输入的增加,柱状晶比例减小,针状铁素体呈先增后减的趋势。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed is the weldability of the base metal of the Russian standard-based K60 linepipe,and elaborated are the main aspects concerning manufacture thereof,covering determination of welding material,design of the welding bevel,the welding process,and the product inspection results,etc. It is concluded by the coauthors that sufficient acicular ferrites in the structure will be obtained by means of using high basicity weld flux,and properly controlling contents of Mn and Si in the weld seam metal,and that the welding heat input remarkably affects the weld seam structure of the K60 linepipe,i.e.,along with increase of the welding heat input,proportion of the columnar crystal is reduced,while acicular ferrite is first increased,and then gradually decreased.
