控制终扩温度生产高压锅炉管的工艺试验研究

摘要: 通过在热扩机组上采用控制终扩温度代替正火处理,或控制终扩温度代替正火+离线回火处理工艺,生产20G和12Cr1MoVG钢高压锅炉管的试验研究证明,根据产品的规格和品种,合理制定终扩温度和扩制道次能够达到以控制终扩温度代替正火的目的,按此工艺生产的20G和12Cr1MoVG钢高压锅炉管的各项常温性能指标能够满足GB5310-1995标准要求,解决了大直径中厚壁(壁厚≤20mm)钢管热处理后变形的问题。Abstract: The experimental research on the production of 20G and 12Cr1MoVG steel high pressure boiler pipes, with the final rolling temperature controlled on hot expanding mill instead of with normalization or normalization plus off-line temper, proves that the purpose of temperature control replacing normalization can be obtained by final temperature and expanding passes which are properly set. The various targets of the properties of 20G and 12Cr1MoVG steel high pressure boiler pipes produced according to the technology can meet the requirements of GB5310-1995 Specification, solving the problem of deformation of large diameter pipes with middle wall thickness (wall thickness ≤ 20mm) after their heat treatment.
