厚壁含铌微合金钢JCO双面三层四丝高速埋弧焊管生产工艺

    Study on JCO Double face-three layered-four wire Hi-speed SAW Process for Heavy-wall Nb-containing Micro-alloyed Steel

    • 摘要: 设计BNS级抗H2S腐蚀钢管的焊缝金属、JCO成型工艺,确定其焊接方法及热输入,分析BNS级钢板及其钢管的交货状态,并评估该BNS级钢管的抗H2S腐蚀性。分析认为:BNS级钢具有良好的抗SCC、HIC性能;硬度对抗H2S腐蚀性能的影响较大,钢的强度级别越高,其抗SSC性能越差;焊缝金属的硬度和氢裂敏感性随微合金钢中铌含量的增加而提高,铌含量低于0.03%时不利作用消失;降低钢中MnS夹杂物或将其全部转化为球状夹杂物对抗HIC裂纹有利;BNS级钢管的焊缝金属有大量细密的针状铁素体时,其抗H2S腐蚀效果最好。

       

      Abstract: The weld seam metal and JCO forming process of the BNS anti-H2S steel pipe are designed,and the welding method and heat input for the pipe are determined.The BNS steel plate and BNS pipe furnish conditions are analyzed,and the H2S resistance of the BNS pipe is evaluated.Based on relevant analysis,it is identified that the NBS steel possesses fine SCC/HIC resistance,and that its hardness obviously influences its H2S resistance,and the higher the steel strength grade,the poorer the SSC resistance will be.Moreover,hardness and hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity of the weld seam metal is increased along with the increase of Nb content in the micro-alloyed steel.However when the Nb content is below 0.03%,the negative effect disappears.Reducing the MnS inclusion in the steel or totally turning such inclusion into spheroid inclusion will be helpful for resistance against HIC.Finally,when weld seam metal of the BNS steel pipe possesses large amount of fine acicular ferrite,its H2S resistance will be the best.
