摘要: 分析了小型管坯一次穿孔成型工艺的可行性、产品质量和生产效益。认为有效地控制原材料质量、加热制度、轧机调整和工模具参数以及设备状况,即可顺利实施一穿成型工艺,获得比穿孔后进行曼氏延伸更好的工艺效果。Abstract: The possibility of one pass process and its product quality and economy for small billets are analysed. It is considered that the above-said process can be successfully completed with effective control of material quality, heating system, mill adjustment, tool parameters and equipment conditions, and also better result can be obtained with the process than that of Mannesmann process of elongation after piercing.
