    Control of Weld-formation during Manufacturing of GTAW Stainless Steel Weld Pipe

    • 摘要: 分析了不锈钢材化学成分、成渣特性、表面状态等因素对焊管生产中焊缝成形即熔深及焊透质量的影响。指出了钢材及焊管制造商共同关注这一课题的实际意义。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed here in the article are the influences on weld formation, i.e., melting depth and through-out welding quality during weld pipe manufacturing imposed by such elements concerning the stainless steel material as chemical composition, slag-formation characteristics and surface conditions, etc. It is emphasized why both the manufacturer for the steel material for weld pipe-making and the weld pipe maker need to take care of the issue as mentioned here.
