三辊轧管机对穿孔毛管的壁厚纠偏能力分析

    ANALYSIS OF PIERCED SHELL ECCENTRICITY REDUCTION BY THREE-ROLL PIPE MILL

    • 摘要: 针对三辊轧管机的壁厚纠偏能力问题,采用初等解析的方法,系统分析了轧制变形区对穿孔毛管壁厚偏心的纠正特点,并通过现场实验研究了三辊轧管机对厚、中、薄规格穿孔毛管的壁厚偏心的纠正效果。研究结果表明,三辊轧管机对较厚壁毛管的壁厚纠偏效果明显,而且其变形区的减径段对纠偏起主要作用,而减壁区和辗轧区的纠偏能力很小,其纠正量仅为毛管原壁厚偏心的1/9。

       

      Abstract: To determine the ability of the three-roll pipe mill for reducing the shell’s eccentricity,the roll deformation zones’characteristics in reducing eccentricity of the pierced shell were systematically analyzed with the elementary analytical method.Furthermore,experimental operations were conducted to investigate how the three-roll pipe mill reduces the eccentricity of pierced shells with heavy/medium/light W.T.s.The research result shows that the three-roll pipe mill provides the best eccentricity reducing effect on shells with rather heavy walls and that O.D.reducing section fo the roll deformation zone plays a major role in shell eccentricity reduction,while both W.T.reducing section and finishing section of the zone provide so little effect on shell eccentricity reduction that only one nineth reduction of the original shell W.T.can be obtained.
