减少张力减径管管端切头量的探讨

摘要: 通过对不同变形量张力减径管管端增厚长度的解剖、测定,确定了比较合理的管端锯切长度,从而稳定了产品质量,降低了管端切头损失。由此推导出了适合该厂生产实际的工程法经验计算公式。Abstract: Rational crop-length of the above said tubes has been set up after analyzing and measuring the length of thickened portion related to tubes with different deformation amounts,which will bring about quality stability and crop loss reduction.An engineering method empirical formula applicable to actual production is also deduced.
