    • 摘要: 指出了Φ89 mm半浮芯棒连轧管机组存在的问题。该机组通过二期改造,采用新技术,产品规格扩大,产品质量稳步提高。介绍了该机组的生产能力、产品规格和品种、工艺选型、生产工艺流程及主要引进设备情况,以及锥形穿孔、6机架半浮芯棒连轧、24机架张力减径等主要工序的工艺、装备及控制特点。重点介绍了提高产品质量和成材率所采用的CARTA-SRM系统、飞锯和在线检测、物料跟踪系统。

       

      Abstract: Certain problems concerning the Ф89 mm semi-floating MPM plant are pointed out. Thanks to its Phase II upgrade involving employment of some new technology, right now both the product size range and quality of the said plant are improved. Described here in the paper are the main aspects of the pipe plant, covering production capacity, product mix, selection of the manufacturing technology, manufacturing process flow as well as the processes, equipment and control features of the main mills of the plant namely, the cone type piercing mill, the 6-stand semi-floating MPM and the 24-stand stretch reducing mill. The paper focuses on introduction of the key measures as taken to improve product quality and yield of the plant, including the CARTA-SRA system, the flying sawing machine and the material tracking system.
