优化大直径无缝钢管倍尺数提高成材率

    Improvement on Yield of Large-sized Seamless Steel Tube by Optimizing Multiple-length Range

    • 摘要: 介绍提高无缝钢管成材率的措施,针对切损率高的情况制定改进方案,即将二倍尺钢管长度优化为三倍尺,并用典型规格进行试验。分析认为:增加各工序钢管轧制长度,薄壁管长度由二倍尺优化为三倍尺,在切头尾长度相同的情况下,切损率可降低0.5%左右,成材率提高0.5%;增加倍尺后,同规格坯料长度增加,在轧制节奏相同的条件下,产量提高。通过优化倍尺数,每年可降低成本200万元以上,提高产量7万t。

       

      Abstract: Described in the essay are the actions as taken to improve the yield of the seamless steel tube.Addressing the problem of high cropping rate of the tube, relevant improvement proposal is worked out, i.e., optimizing the multiple range from the original double-length to triple-length.And a trial is made with some representative pipe sizes.The analysis reveals that given that pipe head/tail crop length remain the same, the cropping loss rate will be reduced by about 0.5%, and the yield increased by 0.5%owing to increasing the length of the pipe as rolled with each individual operation step, and changing the multiple length range of the light-wall pipe from the original double-length to the triple-length.As the multiple-length range is increased, the pipe blank length with the same size is increased, and thus with the same rolling cycle, the output is increased accordingly.Thanks to optimization of the multiple-length range, the annual operation cost will be cut down by at least 2 million RMB, while the output will be increased by 70 000 tons.
