热挤压110S-13Cr厚壁无缝钢管的工艺研究

    Study on Hot-extrusion Process for 110S-13Cr Heavy Wall Seamless Steel Pipe

    • 摘要: 为满足石油天然气复杂开采环境的要求,提出采用热挤压工艺生产小直径厚壁110S-13Cr 接箍料用无缝钢管。介绍了热挤压生产的变形特点、挤压机设备和挤压工模具设计情况,阐述了110S-13Cr 厚壁无缝钢管的热挤压生产工艺流程及生产控制要点。采用热挤压工艺生产的小直径厚壁无缝钢管的表面质量、尺寸公差优势明显,各项性能均能够满足技术要求,可广泛地应用于油气田开采等行业。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the requirements for the complex field conditions for oil and gas extraction,it is proposed to employ the hot-extrusion process to produce small-sized,heavy-wall 110S-13Cr seamless steel pipe that is to be used as the coupling blank.Described here in the paper are the main aspects of the said hot-extrusion process,including the deformation characteristics,the extrusion mill proper and design of the extrusion tools and dies. Also detailed are the hot-extrusion manufacturing process flow for the 110S-13Cr heavy-wall seamless steel pipe,and relevant production control tips. The small-sized seamless steel pipe as made with the above mentioned hot-extrusion process features surface quality and dimension tolerance superiorities,and has all of its properties satisfactory to applicable technical requirements,being widely applicable to the industrial fields like oil and gas production.
