提高中大直径钢管涡流探伤灵敏度的理论研究

    THEORETICAL RESEARCH ON SENSITIVITY IMPROVEMENT OF EDDY DETECTION OF MEDIUM AND LARGE-SIZED STEEL TUBES

    • 摘要: 针对中大直径钢管穿过式涡流探伤灵敏度低的问题,分析了影响探伤灵敏度的主要因素。从电磁等效的原理出发,研究了穿过式探头激励线圈在各种激励方式下的电磁等效直径。结果表明,在恒流激励方式下的激励磁场最强,且具有聚焦效果,因而可有效地提高涡流探伤的灵敏度。

       

      Abstract: To fix the problem of low sensitivity of the passing-through eddy detection of medium/large-sized steel tubes,major elements responsible for detection sensitivity are analyzed.Following the principle of electromagnetic equal effects,the electromagnetic equivalent diameters of the excitation coils of the passing-through type probes under different exciting modes are investigated.The result shows that under the constant current exciting mode,the exciting magnetic field is the strongest and has a focusing effect,which improves the eddy detection sensitivity considerably.
