碳锰元素含量对X65MS管线钢抗氢致裂纹性能的影响

    Effects by C and Mn Contents on HIC Resistance of X65MS Linepipe Steel

    • 摘要: 为了分析C、Mn 元素含量对X65MS 抗酸管线钢抗氢致裂纹性能的影响,在已有的冶炼轧制工艺基础上,设计了不同C、Mn 元素含量的两种X65MS 抗酸管线钢。介绍了钢种成分设计原则,并检测对比试验钢的铸坯低倍组织、轧板显微组织以及抗氢致裂纹性能。分析结果表明:在超低P、S 元素含量与优异的纯净度水平控制下,低C、Mn 元素成分设计对铸坯中心偏析控制更有利,轧板的组织也更单一、稳定,无带状组织,具有更好的抗氢致裂纹性能,更适合开发高钢级抗酸管线钢管。

       

      Abstract: Based on the currently-used melting and rolling processes,two X65MS anti-acid linepipe steels with different C and Mn contents are designed so as to analyze the effects by C and Mn contents on HIC resistance of the X65MS anti-acid linepipe steel. The design principle of the chemical composition of different steel types is described,and the cast billet macrostructure,rolled plate microstructure and HIC resistance of the comparative test steels are inspected and measured. The analysis result demonstrates that with well-controlled extra-low P and S contents,and the excellent cleanness level,the low C and Mn content design is more beneficial to proper control of the central segregation of the cast billet,and gets the microstructure of the rolled steel plate more unitary and more stable,and free of banded structure,and have much better HIC resistance,being worth suitable for developing the high grade anti-acid steel linepipe.
