限动芯棒连轧管技术的发展及大直径机组的建设(中)

Development of MPM Technology and Cons truction of Large- sized MPMs（PartⅡ）

摘要: 简述了限动芯棒连轧管机（MPM）的发明和发展,以及世界各国建设限动芯棒连轧管机组的概况。对目前世界上已建成投产的3套大直径连轧管机组,即意大利达尔明公司的Φ340mm（14in）连轧管机组、俄罗斯伏尔加钢管厂的Φ426mm（16in）连轧管机组、日本住友金属工业公司和歌山厂的Φ426mm（16in）连轧管机组的设备组成、生产工艺流程、生产工具、生产情况、产品品种以及存在的技术问题等分别进行了系统的介绍。

Abstract: Briefed in the paper are the invention and development of the MPM as well as the situations concerning construction of such kind of pipe mill throughout the world.Also detailed here are the worldwide currently - operated three large - sized MPMs,i.e.,the Φ340 mm（14in）MPM of Dalmine,Italy,the Φ426 mm（16in）MPM of Volzhsky Pipe Plant,Russia and the Φ426 mm（16in）MPM of Sumitomo Metals’ Wakayama Pipe Plant,Japan,covering such aspects as equipment configuration,manufacturing process flow,operational tooling,operation situation,product mix and existing technical problems.
