焊管机组轧辊修复的理论分析与计算方法

    THERORETICAL ANALYSIS AND CALCULATION METHOD CONCERNING ROLL RECONDITIONING FOR WELDED PIPE MILL

    • 摘要: 以Φ114mm焊管机组的孔型设计、机械传动原理为基础,对轧辊修复进行了理论分析和计算。采用该方法修磨的轧辊,上下辊之间和各道次之间的速比均保持不变,可保证机组的正常运行和提高轧辊的重复使用率。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of the principles concerning groove design and mechnical drive of the Φ114mm welded pipe mill,theoretical analysis and calculation relative to reconditioning the mill roll are made. As a result,grinding the rolls in line with the said calculation can keep the original speed ratioes between upper and lower rolls and between the passes,which will consequently keep the normal operation of the mill and increase the total service life of the roll with repeated repairs.
