65Mn-1混凝土泵车输送管道用无缝钢管的生产实践

    Production Practice of 65Mn-1 Seamless Steel Pipe for Conveyance Piping of Concrete Pump Truck

    • 摘要: 研究耐磨65Mn-1混凝土泵车输送管道用无缝钢管的生产工艺,包括成分设计、冶炼工艺、制管工艺和热处理工艺。在成分设计上通过添加适量的Cr和Ti元素,增加钢的淬透性和晶粒细化作用,同时研究冶炼、轧管和热处理工艺的关键技术及保证措施。结果表明:采用“VD连铸坯→Φ159 mm连轧管机组轧制→连续炉去应力退火”工艺生产混凝土泵车输送管道用耐磨无缝钢管,其生产效率高,产品质量稳定,产品各项性能均满足用户的实际使用要求。

       

      Abstract: Studied here in the paper is the manufacturing process of the wear-resistant 65Mn-1 seamless steel pipe for conveyance piping of the concrete pump truck, involving chemical composition design, smelting process, pipe-making process and heat treatment process.For the chemical composition design, with adding appropriate amounts of Cr and Ti elements, the hardenability and grain refinement of the steel are improved.At the same time, the key techniques and assurance measures for smelting, pipe-making and heat treatment processes are studied.The results show that adapting the process of "VD continuous cast billet→rolling with Φ159 mm MPM→stress-relief annealing via continuous furnace" to produce the wear-resisting seamless steel pipe for conveyance piping of the concrete pump truck will ensure high production efficiency and consistent quality of pipes, and all product performances up to the actual application requirements by the user.
