Abstract:
Studied here in the paper is the manufacturing process of the wear-resistant 65Mn-1 seamless steel pipe for conveyance piping of the concrete pump truck, involving chemical composition design, smelting process, pipe-making process and heat treatment process.For the chemical composition design, with adding appropriate amounts of Cr and Ti elements, the hardenability and grain refinement of the steel are improved.At the same time, the key techniques and assurance measures for smelting, pipe-making and heat treatment processes are studied.The results show that adapting the process of "VD continuous cast billet→rolling with Φ159 mm MPM→stress-relief annealing via continuous furnace" to produce the wear-resisting seamless steel pipe for conveyance piping of the concrete pump truck will ensure high production efficiency and consistent quality of pipes, and all product performances up to the actual application requirements by the user.
