薄壁无缝钢管的精密矫直方法研究

摘要: 探讨六辊斜轧薄壁无缝钢管矫直机压下量计算中存在的问题;应用弹塑性弯曲矫正理论对矫正过程进行深入分析;提出符合实际的六辊斜轧薄壁无缝钢管矫直机的压下量计算方法,并将几种钢管的压下量计算结果进行比较。试验结果表明,实际矫直的设定压下量应为矫直压下量与矫正压下量之和。研究结果提供了压下量的最佳选择方法,为提高薄壁无缝钢管矫直精度和制定最优矫直工艺提供了理论依据。Abstract: Discussed are certain calculation issues related to the straightening screwdown rate in the six-roll cross-rolling seamless steel pipe straightening mill. The straightening process is deeply analyzed using the elasticplastic straightening theory and then a calculation methodology is developed for the practical straightening screwdown rate in the above mentioned straightening mill and the calculation results for several kinds of pipes are compared. Testing results show the actual screwdown rate should be the sum of that of theoretical rectification and that of straightening. The results offer an optimal method of selecting straightening screwdown rate and provide a theoretical basis for improving the straightening precision and developing the best straightening process.
