铣边工艺在螺旋焊管生产中的应用探讨

    Discussion of Application of Edge-milling Process to Manufacture of Spiral Weld Pipe

    • 摘要: 螺旋焊管生产中常用的带钢板边处理方式有剪边、刨边和铣边3种。铣边工艺具有板材消耗少、成材率高,有利于提高焊接质量,有利于消除板材的月形弯缺陷,安全性好等诸多优点,因此将成为带钢板边处理的主要方式。详细介绍了铣边工艺的优点,在螺旋焊管生产中应用所受影响因素以及铣边机的工艺布置方式等。

       

      Abstract: Three processes are commonly used for steel strip edge-trimming in manufacture of spiral weld pipes,i.e.,edge-shearing,edge-planing and edge-milling. Among these processes,edge-milling process possesses a number of advantages,such as lower strip consumption,higher yield,better welding quality,enabling easier elimination of the meniscus shaped-defect of the strip and being more safe,and therefore is expected to be the main process for steel strip edge-trimming. Elaborated in the article are the advantages of the edge-milling process,the elements that influence the application of such process in spiral weld pipe manufacture,and the process layout of the edge-milling machine.
