热力管道内防腐涂层性能研究

    Study on Performance of Inner Surface Anti-corrosion Coating of Thermal Pipeline

    • 摘要: 通过耐水煮试验、高温高压试验、附着力试验、盐雾试验、耐化学腐蚀试验、浸泡试验、DSC/TGA试验、抗1.5°弯曲试验,研究设计温度130℃的热力管道内防腐涂层性能,并进行一个采暖季的实物服役验证。结果表明:内防腐涂层在高温、高压环境均有良好的表现,在耐酸、耐碱、耐盐等苛刻环境中未出现起泡、鼓包等现象,可以应用于设计温度130℃的热力管道;经一个采暖季的服役,涂层完好无损,服役前后附着力没有变化。

       

      Abstract: The inner surface anti-corrosion coating performance of the thermal pipeline at the designed temperature of 130℃ is researched by means of boiling water-resistance test, high temperature-high pressure test, adhesion test, salt spray test, chemical corrosion test, immersion test, DSC/TGA test, and anti-1.5° bending test, etc., based on which, a practical service verification in the heating season is carried out.The results show that the said inner surface anti-corrosive coating acts satisfactorily under high temperature and high pressure environmental conditions, and develops no blister or swelling under stringent acidic, basic and salty corrosive conditions, being applicable to the thermal pipeline servicing at the designed temperature of 130℃.After having serviced through the heating season, the said coating remains perfectly complete without any damage.And likely the adhesion remains the same as before the service.
