Abstract:
The inner surface anti-corrosion coating performance of the thermal pipeline at the designed temperature of 130℃ is researched by means of boiling water-resistance test, high temperature-high pressure test, adhesion test, salt spray test, chemical corrosion test, immersion test, DSC/TGA test, and anti-1.5° bending test, etc., based on which, a practical service verification in the heating season is carried out.The results show that the said inner surface anti-corrosive coating acts satisfactorily under high temperature and high pressure environmental conditions, and develops no blister or swelling under stringent acidic, basic and salty corrosive conditions, being applicable to the thermal pipeline servicing at the designed temperature of 130℃.After having serviced through the heating season, the said coating remains perfectly complete without any damage. And likely the adhesion remains the same as before the service.
