Experimental Research on Sealing Ability of Oil Tubing/Casing Premium Connection

摘要: 基于ISO 13679 ∶2002 标准,通过对某型特殊螺纹接头进行有限元仿真分析与实物评价试验,评价该特殊螺纹接头的密封性能。结果表明:该特殊螺纹接头在上卸扣及载荷包络线试验有限元分析过程中,其等效应力分布比较均匀,未超过材料的屈服强度,极限试样在实物评价过程中未出现结构失效及泄漏现象,证明该特殊螺纹接头在复合载荷工况下可以保持良好的连接强度和可靠的气密封性能。Abstract: As per ISO 13679 ∶2002,the EF simulation analysis and the full-scale evaluation test are performed to a certain type of the premium connection in a bid to evaluate the sealing ability thereof. As a result it is revealed that during the FEA process with the make-up/break off and load envelope tests as made to the premium connection,its equivalent stress is distributed rather homogeneously,and no more than the yield strength of the material,and that no structural failure and leakage are found with the extreme specimen during the full-scale evaluation test,which proves that the said premium connection is capable of having good connection strength and reliable sealing ability under complex load operation condition.
