铜基纳米复合减摩涂料在抗腐蚀油套管螺纹接头上的应用

    Application of Nano-copper-based Composite Anti-friction Coating for Thread Connection of Anti-corrosion Tubing/Casing

    • 摘要: 将高度浓缩纳米铜悬浮液与聚四氟乙烯颗粒按适当比例混合,并以特种聚丙烯酸树脂为主要黏结剂,制备出铜基纳米复合减摩涂料。将该复合减摩涂料用于N80S、P110S、TP95TS三种材质的抗腐蚀油套管接头,并在工厂进行标准全尺寸上卸扣试验。试验结果表明:卸扣后螺纹表面未出现任何明显的螺纹黏结划伤;接箍表面经该减摩涂料处理可有效提高其螺纹接头的抗黏结性能,使其达到与镀铜相当的良好效果。

       

      Abstract: A nano-copper-based composite anti-friction coating is prepared by means of mixing the highlyconcentrated nano-copper suspension liquid with the PTFE particles at an appropriate proportion,and using a special acrylic resin as the binder.The composite anti-friction coating is applied to the N80S,P110S and TP95TS thread connections for the anti-corrosion tubing and casing,and subjected to the mill full-scale makeup/breakout test.The test result shows that after breakout,no remarkable sign of galling or scratch of the thread surface is found,and that due to treatment with the said coating,the anti-galling performance of the thread connection can be significantly improved,and effect is as good as that by the copper-plating process..
