Abstract: With colorimetric pyrometer to measure the weld temperature of the hi-frequency welded pipe, the temperature-measuring signal consistence can be improved to ensure the welding quality. The temperature-monitoring system is capable of adjusting output power of the induction electric source via a digital thyristor trigger circuit designed by the user for temperature adjustment. The said system also employs PID controller for closed-loop control of temperature.
