C、N、S含量对铁素体不锈钢裂纹敏感性的影响

    INFLUENCE OF C, N, S, CONTENTS ON SENSIBILITY OF FERRITE STAIN LESS STEEL ABOUT CRACKING

    • 摘要: 分析了18Cr-2Mo铁素体不锈钢毛管及冷轧管裂纹产生的原因,即较高含量的C、N、S间隙原子及其所形成的片状沉淀对100面的双重弱化效应。减少间隙原子量有利于抑制裂纹产生。

       

      Abstract: Based on an investigation on elements reponsible for the cracks of 18Cr-2Mo ferrite stainless steel shell and cold-rolled pipe, a conclusion is made that it is the double weakening effects by comparatively high contents of C,N,S interstitial atoms and their flake deposition on the 100\ face that caused the cracks. Therefore, to reduce the amount of the said atoms will be effective on curbing development of the said cracks.
