摘要: 对现场总线技术进行了简单的概述。通过分析网络结构,参数设定,硬件配置,软件组态来实现西门子PLC和变频器之间的数据通讯。着重介绍了PROFIBUS-DP现场总线在Φ340 mm连轧管机组精整线自动控制系统中的应用。Abstract: Briefed is the PROFIBUS-DP technology.Analyzed are the network structure,parameter setting,hardware configuration and software composition,which ensure proper data communication between the Siemens-supplied PLCs and converters.Detailed is the application of the PROFIBUS-DP technology to the automation control system for the tube finishing section of the Φ340 mm MPM Pipe Plant.
