用水平连铸坯生产27SiMn钢液压支柱管的工艺实践

    TECHNOLOGICAL PRACTICE IN MANUFACTURING OF HYDRAULIC PILLAR-USED 27SiMn STEEL TUBE WITH HCC BLOOM

    • 摘要: 介绍了采用水平连铸坯生产27SiMn钢液压支柱管的设备、生产工艺及轧制结果。分析了过去所生产的27SiMn钢液压支柱管合格率低的原因,指出了采用水平连铸坯生产27SiMn钢液压支柱管成功的关键。

       

      Abstract: Described in the article are main aspects concerning manufacture of the hydraulic pillar-used 27SiMn steel tube with HCC bloom; including the equipment; manufacturing process and the rolling performance. With a comparision of the said process with traditional process for the said tube, elements responsible for the low yield of the latter are analyzed, based on which, critical points concerning success in making the hydrualic pillar-used 27SiMn steel tubes with HCC blooms are put forward.
