纵剪带钢边缘状态对小直径厚壁焊管焊接质量的影响及其控制措施
INFLUENCE OF EDGE CONDITION OF SLIT-STEEL STRIP ON WELDING QUALITY OF SMALL SIZED HEAVY-WALLED WELDED PIPE AND RELEVANT CONTROL MEASURES

摘要: 分析了纵剪带钢边缘状态对焊接质量的影响因素。剪切壁厚7~8mm的汽车传动轴管和抽油泵管用带钢的实践表明,合理调整纵剪机上下刀片的水平间隙和垂直间隙,可获得理想的带钢边缘状态,其焊接质量明显提高。Abstract: Factors concerning the slit-strip which are responsible for the welding quality are analyzed. The result from the operation of slitting the strip for 7-8mm heavy welded pipes for automobile drive shaft and oil pump shows that proper adjustment of the slitter knives gaps in both horizontal and vertical directions will bring about satisfactory strip edge, which means much better welding quality.
