EXPERIMENTS CONCERNING AND APPLICATION OF RUSSIAN TYPE DIES FOR STEEL TUBE COLD-DRAWING

  • 摘要: 介绍了合肥钢铁公司第三钢铁厂进行的冷拔钢管苏式模具的试验与应用情况。试验表明,采用苏武模具和中式模具配合拔管的工艺,可显著降低模具消耗,提高拔管质量。冷拔内模采用渗多元金属表面强化工艺,可以明显提高使用寿命。
    Abstract: Introduced in the paper are the experiments concerning and application of the Russian type dies for steel tube cold-drawing process conducted by No. 3 I & S Works, Hefei I & S Corp. The said experiments show that with the tube-drawing process featuring a combination of Russian type dies and Chinese type dies, the die consumption can be considerably reduced, and tube-drawing quality improved. Furthermore, the employment of the inner die surface strengthening process with multi-metalization will greatly increase the service life of the inner dies.
