钢管高速探伤中磁力吸紧机构的设计与实验

    Design and Experiment of Magnetically-fixing Mechanism of High-speed Steel Tube Flaw Detecting System

    • 摘要: 介绍了钢管高速探伤检测线的组成与使用要求,分析了传统的气动式压紧机构存在的问题。通过合理选择电磁铁的结构形式和参数,设计出1种磁力吸紧机构。该机构具有磁力可控、响应速度快、工作效率高、使用寿命长等特点,特别适用于自动上下料的钢管检测线。实验表明,磁力吸紧机构能满足钢管高速探伤检测线的施力要求,具有可行性和实用性。

       

      Abstract: Described in the paper are the configuration of and application requirements for the high-speed steel tube flaw detecting line. Disadvantages of the conventional pneumatic pressing type mechanism are analyzed. A magnetically-fixing mechanism is designed based on the well-selected magnet structure and relevant parameters. Being particularly applicable to the tube detecting line with automatic charging/discharging functions, the said magnetically-fixing aggregate features such advantages as controllable magnetic force, quick response, high efficiency and long service span, etc. The experiment result shows that the said magnetically-fixing mechanism is satisfactory to the requirement for applied magnetic force for high-speed detecting line, being feasible and applicable.
