复合芯棒的研制开发

    Research & Development of Complex Mandrel

    • 摘要: 为了降低连轧管机组的轧制费用,探索金属材料利用的新方法,天津钢管集团股份有限公司选用合适的焊接材料和热处理工艺,对普通合金结构钢42CrMoA表面进行堆焊处理,成功开发出连轧管机组用复合芯棒。生产实践证明,该芯棒的使用效果与H13芯棒相当。介绍了复合芯棒的研制开发过程、性能及经济效益,并对后期复合芯棒的再利用和质量改进提出建议。

       

      Abstract: To reducing the operation costs of the mandrel pipe mill,and seek some new approaches to properly utilizing the metal material,a complex mandrel has been developed successfully by Tianjin Pipe (Group) Corporation by means of selecting proper welding material and heat treatment process,and adopting the build-up welding process to treat the surface of the 42CrMoA general-purpose alloy structural steel bar. The actual operation with the newly-developed mandrel shows that its operational effectiveness is equal to that of the H13 mandrel. Detailed here in the paper are the main aspects concerning the complex mandrel,covering the R & D activities,the performance and economic profit it has brought about as well as suggestions involving the recycling and quality improvement of the mandrel in the future.
