X80钢级桩腿支撑管的性能研究

    Study on Performances of X80 Pile Column-supporting Pipe

    • 摘要: 结合JU2000E钻井平台桩腿支撑管的使用环境,对国内某公司生产的X80钢级桩腿支撑管的金相组织、低温韧性、疲劳性能、抗氢脆、防撞性能、高温强度、焊接性等进行了研究。分析结果表明:该桩腿支撑管组织均匀,韧脆转变温度低于-80℃;焊接性能优良;疲劳极限比达到0.54,疲劳性能优异;氢脆指数≤60%,氢脆倾向较低,在拉伸应变速率为0.002~5 s-1,断后伸长率∧16%,防撞性能良好;600℃温度下强度系数为0.70,耐火性能优异。

       

      Abstract: Based on the service conditions of the pipe for supporting the JU2000E drilling platform pile column, performances of the X80 pile column-supporting pipe as produced by a certain domestic company are studied, including metallographic structure, low temperature toughness, fatigue behavior, hydrogen brittleness-resistance, hitting-resistance, high temperature strength and weldability, etc.The analysis result reveals that the said supporting pipe is in possession of such advantages as homogeneous microstructure, ductile-brittle transition temperature as below-80℃, fine weldability, fatigue limit ratio as up to 0.54, excellent fatigue behavior, hydrogen brittleness factor ≤ 60%, low hydrogen brittleness tendency, tensile strain rate as 0.002~5 s-1, percentage elongation after fractare >16%, good hitting-resistance, 600℃ strength factor as up to 0.70, and satisfactory fire resistance.
