钢管热处理过程的“黑匣子”动态温度测试

    Application of Real-time Temperature Measurement with "Black Box" in Steel Tube Heat Treatment Process

    • 摘要: 钢管在热处理炉内的实际升温数据是准确制定热处理工艺必需的参数。常规热处理温度测试采用如热电偶、红外温度计等,但测试结果都与实际温度存在较大偏差。“黑匣子”温度测试仪相对来说测温偏差最小。介绍了耐高温“黑匣子”测试技术在钢管连续热处理炉上的应用。通过对热处理过程的数字化,分析了“黑匣子”温度测试在热处理工艺改进和优化方面的应用情况。

       

      Abstract: It is known that the actual temperature-rise data of steel tube in the heat treatment furnace are the necessary parameters for preparing proper heat treatment process. With conventional measuring devices like thermal couple and infrared pyrometer, etc., the data as measured are so deviated from the actual temperature. Comparatively, the "Black Box" temperature-measuring device is capable of provide the minimum measurement deviation. Application of the measurement technique of the said heat-resistant "Black Box" to the steel tube continuous heat treatment furnace is described here in the article. Based on the digitalization of the heat treatment process, the application of the "Black Box" temperature measurement technique for improvement and optimization of the heat treatment process is discussed.
