多通道新型钢板探伤设备的改造与应用

    Modification of New Type Multi-channel NDT system for Steel Plate Inspection and Relevant Application

    • 摘要: 通过分析焊缝两侧母材的夹杂物和分层缺陷,提出了一种对多通道新型钢板探伤设备进行改造的方案,包括增加组合探头以及对探头的合理排列布置。改造后,12组斜探头和两组四合一组合探头,分别对钢板板边一定范围进行100%横波、100%纵波探伤,显著提高了钢板缺陷的检出率。

       

      Abstract: A plan is proposed for modification of the new type multi-channel NDT system for steel plate inspection, based on the analysis of the inclusions and lamination defect as existing in the base metal on both sides of the weld seam, including measures like adding integrated probes and properly re-arranging the probe array, etc.After the modification, the detection rate of the system has been remarkably enhanced, owing to the twelve groups of oblique probes that are capable of 100%coverage transversal wave detection to certain area of the steel plate edge, and the two sets of the four-in-one integrated probes that are capable of 100%coverage longitudinal wave detection to the same area of the steel plate.
