单面淬火冷却装置在28Mn2钢淬火热处理上的应用
Application of One-side Quenching-cooling System to Quenching Treatment of 28Mn2 Steel

摘要: 根据30Mn钢的热处理特性,采用类似比较法,近似得出28Mn2钢的CCT曲线和淬透性,并依此研究设计了Ф114.3 mm×6.35 mm以下规格油井管辊底式连续热处理炉单面淬火冷却装置。结果表明,经此种装置淬火冷却后,钢管的硬度指标均达到API Spec 5CT标准要求。Abstract: Addressing the heat treatment characteristics of the 30Mn steel,the approximate CCT curve and the hardenability of the 28Mn2 steel is obtained by means of the analogous comparison method.Based on the analysis,a roller-hearth continuous heat treatment furnace for one-side quenching-cooling is developed to treat oil well-service pipes (OCTG) with a size range under Ф114.3 mm×6.35 mm.The operation result shows that the hardness value of the pipes as quenched and cooled with the said furnace has been up to relevant requirement of API Spec.5CT.
