A New Method for Removing Chip from Steel Plate Surface in SAWL Pipe Operation Line

  • 摘要: 针对某公司直缝埋弧焊管用钢板铣边后表面残留铁屑与粉尘的问题,采用了除以往的滚轮刷、排屑链之外的钢板表面吹吸装置的新设计方案。介绍了该钢板表面吹吸装置的结构、主要技术参数、主要计算过程、构成和工作流程,指出该装置具有吹扫无盲区、铁屑灰尘无残留和泄漏与全自动化操作的优点。实际应用结果表明:该吹吸装置满足生产工艺要求。
    Abstract: Some scurf and dust still remain on the surface of the steel plate with edge milled for making the SAWL pipe at the workshop of a certain domestic company.Addressing this problem, a newly-designed steel plate surface cleaning device other than the conventional similar devices like the roller brush and chip-removing chains, etc.is used.Elaborated here in the article are the main aspects of the new device, including the structure, the key technical parameters, the major calulation process, the configuration and the work flow.It is emphasized that the device has the advantages such as non-blind zone operation, being free of any residual chip or dust and any leakage as well as full automatic operation.The actual operation result shows that the blowing/sucking device is capable of meeting the requirements for the manufacturing process.
