高频焊接工艺参数的自动检测与控制

    AUTOMATIC MEASURING/CONTROL OF TECHNOLOGICAL DATA FOR HI-FREOUENCY WELDING PROCESS

    • 摘要: 通过计算机控制焊管生产中的各焊接工艺参数,可大幅度提高检测精度,确保焊接质量。哈尔滨钢管厂对Φ76mm焊管机组进行改造,研制配备了高频焊接工艺参数自动测控系统,实现了焊接温度的自动控制,焊接压力、焊接速度的自动检测和生产辅助管理。介绍了该系统的构成、工作原理和功能。

       

      Abstract: with conputerized control of all the process data of the welded pipe production line,it is possible to get relevant measurement accuracy increased significantly, hence,welding quality ensured. The Φ76mm welded Pipe Mill installed at Harbin Steel Tube Plant has been modified by adding an auto-measuring/control system for monitoring data of the hi-frequency welding process flow which enables such functions concerning the operation line as auto-control of welding temperature,automeasurement of welding pressure and speed as well as aiding production management. Described in the article are main aspects of the said computerized system,including configuration,working principle and functions.
