焊管成型过程有限元法研究的进展

    Progress of Research on Weld-pipe Formation Process with FE Method

    • 摘要: 综述了焊管成型过程分析研究的常用方法(整体分析法、实验研究法、能量分析法、CAD法、有限元法等);重点介绍了国内外近年来有限元法在焊管成型过程研究中的应用情况。分析认为,有限元法是近年来发展最快的,也是今后研究焊管成型过程的重要手段之一,但焊管变形的数学和力学问题还值得深入探讨,研究模型还需不断完善,尤其是多道次连续成型的全流程仿真尚需深入研究。

       

      Abstract: A general description concerning the commonly-used methods for analyzing weld-pipe formation process are presented,including the integral analytic method,the experimental research method,the energetic analyzing method,the CAD method and the finite element(FE)method,focusing on the actual applications of the FE method for research on weld pipe formation process as done both at home and abroad.It is concluded that as a most quickly-developed method in the recent years,the FE method is regarded as one of the important vehi-cles to be employed for research on weld pipe formation process in the future.However the mathematic and me-chanical issues concerning weld pipe deformation need to be further studied,while the math model needs to be continuously completed,particularly the full-flow process simulation of the multi-pass continuous formation pro-cess needs to be in-deep researched.
