不同拉拔工艺对管材尺寸精度的影响

    Influences on Tubular Dimensional Accuracy by Different Drawing Processes

    • 摘要: 高精度管材是一种表面质量 (特别是内表面质量) 要求很高, 内径尺寸允许偏差很小的管材, 多用于精密设备。简要概述了目前管材生产现状以及高精度管材的发展前景, 分析了不同拉拔工艺对管材尺寸精度的影响, 介绍了计算机仿真技术在拉拔工艺研究中的应用及现有模拟结果。

       

      Abstract: It is known that as being used for precision equipment purpose, the hi-precision tubular is required to have high surface quality (particularly the inner surface quality) and very tight permissible tolerance of inner diameter. Briefed is the current situation of tube production and the development prospect of hi-precision tubular products;analyzed is the influences on dimensional accuracy of such tubular by different drawing processes. Described are the application of computerized simulation technique to research on the drawing processes, and relevant simulation results.
