Abstract: With the recoverable inorganic saline rust remover as a replacement of rust-pickling, a closed-circulation operation without exhausting the so-called "Three Major Polluting Wastes" can be obtained, and consistent descaling rate ensured due to adoption of the continuously recovering process so as to meet massive continuous production of welded pipes.
