摘要: 通过对导盘材质的组织、成分及金相结构分析,研究了Accu Rol轧管机合金球墨铸铁导盘在工作中因轧制钢管的甩尾而将导盘工作面的高边崩掉的原因,提出了改进措施。Abstract: Based on analysis of the structure,chemical composition and metallographic structure of the guide disc,it has been found out why the upper edge of the alloy nodular cast iron-made guide disc of Accu-roll mill was crashed by swing of the tube tail end during rolling.Countermeasure have been made accordingly.
