简析控轧控冷技术在无缝钢管生产中的应用

    A Brief Analysis on Application of TMCP to Seamless Steel Tube Production

    • 摘要: 从在线常化工艺、在线淬火工艺和在线快速冷却工艺等3 方面介绍了控轧控冷技术在国内无缝钢管生产中的应用情况;分析了控轧控冷技术在无缝钢管生产中应用有待加强的问题。分析讨论认为:目前需加强P110 钢级油井管、高钢级管线管及高压锅炉管的在线热处理试验研究;完善检测手段和控轧控冷装置;根据机组的类型, 选择适宜的控轧控冷工艺等

       

      Abstract: Elaborated here in the essay is the application of the TMCP (Thermal-Mechanical Control Process) technique to domestic seamless steel tube production,involving three aspects,i.e.,on-line normalization,on-line quench and on-line accelerated cooling. The issues concerning the application which need to be further improved are analyzed. And based on the analysis result,it is concluded that further efforts should be made without any delay in such fields as the experimental research of the on-line heat treatment process of the P110 OCTG,hi-grade linepipe and hi-pressure boiler tube,improvement of the inspection/measurement means and the TMCP facilities,and selection of proper TMCP process as per type of the mill plant.
