网架结构用管的研制与开发

    Research & Development of Seamless Steel Tube for Lattice Framed Structure Service

    • 摘要: 简介了网架结构用管的发展趋势及在低碳锰钢的基础上加入适量微合金元素生产的网架结构用管的成分及生产工艺;讨论了加热制度、轧制变形、轧后冷却速度等对网架结构用管的组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明,攀钢集团成都钢铁有限责任公司所开发的几种生产网架结构用管的新工艺,通过批量生产与不断改进,已形成稳定正常的生产能力。

       

      Abstract: The paper describes all the major aspects relating to the seamless steel tube for lattice framed structure service, including the development trend of the said product, the process which involves producing the steel for the said tube by means of adding proper amount of microalloying elements in the manganese low carbon steel and the chemical composition thereof and the influences on the structure and properties of the said seamless steel tube by heating schedule, material deformation during tube rolling and post-rolling cooling speed. The research result shows that consistent normal capacity of the said product has been available via relative massive production with several manufacture processes developed by the company and continuous improvement thereof.
