冷拔顶头的磨损失效分析及表面强化研究

    INVESTIGATION ON WEAR-CAUSED FAILURE OF COLD-DRAWING PLUG AND STUDY CONCERNING PLUG SURFACE STRENGTHENING

    • 摘要: 用摩擦学的观点分析了冷拔顶头磨损失效过程,提出了冷拔顶头表面强化措施。现场使用证明,采用熔焊耐磨合金强化的冷拔顶头,其耐磨性能最好,吨管平均消耗量由7个降到3个。因此,熔焊耐磨合金是一种具有良好应用前景的表面强韧化方法。

       

      Abstract: Based on analysis of the process of pipe cold-drawing plug's wear-caused failure with the Dointview of friction science, measures for surface strengthening of the said plug were made.Relevant plant operation with adoption of the said measures has proven that to strengthen the plug with wear-resistant alloy puddle welding process can bring about the most satisfactory wear-resis-tance of the plug, and consequently reduce the plug consumption pert pipes from seven pieces to three pieces. Therefore the surface strengthening process with wear-resistant alloy puddle welding is very promising.
