低温PSL-3 S135钻杆用无缝钢管的开发

    Development of PSL-3 S135 seamless Steel Drill Pipe for Low Temperature Service

    • 摘要: 介绍了低温PSL-3 S135钻杆用无缝钢管的主要技术指标、钢种设计、生产工艺流程及力学性能检测结果。通过合金化技术、纯净钢冶炼、控制轧制、热处理等手段,保证了PSL-3 S135钻杆用无缝钢管具有较高的屈服强度,同时又具有良好的低温冲击韧性和优良的高温强度。检测结果表明:生产的低温PSL-3 S135钻杆用无缝钢管的屈服强度高于950 MPa,-20℃管体纵向全尺寸冲击功∧100 J,可以保证该S135钻杆在苛刻条件下的使用安全性。

       

      Abstract: Described here in the essay are the main aspects of the PSL-3 S135 seamless steel drill pipe for low temperature service,including major technical indexes,steel type design,manufacturing process flow,and results of mechanical property tests,etc.High yield strength and good low temperature impact resistance as well as excellent high temperature strength of the said drill pipe are assured by means of such techniques as alloying process,clean steel-making,controlled rolling and heat treatment.Relevant testing and measurement results show that the PSL-3 S135 seamless steel drill pipe for low temperature service has its yield strength over 950MPa,and full-length impact energy absorption>100 J at -20℃,which ensures the drill pipe’s safety for operation under relevant harsh conditions.
