    • 摘要: 简述了油气井射孔工艺作业过程,总结了射孔工艺参数对油气井产能的影响,分析了国内外射孔枪产品及工艺水平的差距;借鉴兵器工业技术和爆炸力学研究进展,阐述了射孔枪管体的材料性能指标对射孔工艺参数的影响;研究了实弹射孔后枪身材料大开裂时止裂处断面形貌,找出了开裂的脆性主因;对比分析了国内外非通孔枪身材料发展的差异性,介绍不同公司和机构的射孔技术及产品最新进展。此外,介绍了一种新开发的高强韧射孔枪用无缝钢管的各项性能。

       

      Abstract: Briefed in the essay is the perforating operation in oil & gas well completion.Summerized is the influence of perforation parameters on well productivity.Also analyzed are the difference between domestic and oversea perforating guns as well as the difference between their technological levels.Learning from the research of the technology in ordnance industry and the mechanics of explosion,the effect of material properties of perforating gun on perforating performance is elaborated.The main cause of brittleness at the crack is found by studying the morphology of the crack arrest section at the big crack on the perforating gun body after firing live charges.The difference between domestic and oversea developments on materials for gun body with blind holes is compared and analyzed.The latest perforating technologies and products from different companies are introduced.Furthermore,the properties of a newly-developed type of high strength and toughness seamless steel tube for perforating gun are introduced.
