标准平椭圆管孔型的系数设计法

    Method for Designing Groove Coefficient of Standard Flat Oval Tube

    • 摘要: 根据标准平椭圆管各部位间的尺寸存在着固定系数关系和替代关系,通过一定数学变换,推导出一种针对标准平椭圆管孔型的系数设计方法;获得了对所有标准平椭圆管孔型都适用的各道次变形系数λi,并且直接利用系数λi与标准平椭圆管管头曲率半径R之间的关系,设计标准平椭圆管各道孔型各部位变形尺寸。该方法既简化了孔型设计程序,又提高了设计效率。

       

      Abstract: Based on the fact that there exist regular coefficient relationship and substitution relationship between the dimensions of different parts of the flat oval tube,a method for designing the coefficient of the groove of the standard flat oval tube is deduced with relevant mathematical manipulation. As a result,the pass deformation coefficient λi is obtained,and it is applicable to any groove of the standard flat oval tube. And then,the relationship between coefficient λi and R,the curvature radius of the standard flat oval tube end is directly used to design the deformation dimensions of different parts of each pass for the oval tube. Thanks to this method,the design program can be simplified,and furthermore,the design efficiency is improved.
