电机速度及转矩的电气同步系统的应用与研究

    Application and Research of Motor Speed-torque Electric Synchronization System

    • 摘要: 针对连轧管机组电机速度和转矩的电气同步控制问题,探讨了在满足刚性负载、不完全刚性负载和非刚性负载工艺需求的情况下的各种电机速度和转矩的电气同步控制方案。分析认为:Φ180 mm PQF 连轧管机组的负荷平衡情况是复杂并且多种多样的,每一种情况都可能需要有不同的解决方案;通过电机速度和转矩的电气同步控制可以实现高精度、高质量的钢管生产设备的精密控制。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the issue of control of motor speed-torque synchronization for the mandrel pipe mill,different schemes for motor speed-torque synchronization are discussed with consideration of satisfaction to different process requirements. i.e.,rigid load,incomplete load and non-rigid load. It is regarded via the analysis that the load balance statuses of the Φ180 mm PQF pipe mill are complicated and multiple,each may needs pinpointed solution scheme;and that it is possible to achieve hi-precision and hi-quality control of the steel pipe manufacturing equipment by means of the above mentioned motor speed- torque electric synchronous control.
