空拔管成型过程的非线性有限元模拟

    NON-LINEAR FINITE ELEMENT SIMULATION OF PROCESS FOR EMPTY-SUNKEN STEEL TUBE FORMATION

    • 摘要: 应用三维弹塑性大变形有限元法预报管材拔制成型,建立了三维拔制有限元模拟理论,给出了有关场变量分布。应用新的摩擦层理论,研究了管材稳态与非稳态变形,实现了工作动态成型过程的可视化。

       

      Abstract: The finite element method of three-dimensional plastic large deformation is used to anticipate the tube formation with empty-sinking process. The theory of simulation of three-dimensional empty-sinking with finite element method is established, and relevant field variable distribution derived. With the new frictional layer theory, the stable and instable deformations of the tube are analyzed so as to make the working dynamic formation process visible.
